Harry Kane’s portrait made from coffee beans
A giant portrait of England’s football star made entirely of Starbucks coffee beans
Brief
Starbucks UK and the Harry Kane Foundation commissioned a unique portrait of England’s football star Harry Kane, made entirely from coffee beans.
This artwork celebrates the launch of 'Harry's Flat White.' To support the Harry Kane Foundation, Starbucks will donate a portion of the proceeds from every purchase of this new drink. These donations will fund vital mental wellbeing initiatives across England, delivered by the Foundation's charity partners."
Creation
Measuring 66 x 86 inches, Michelle spent approximately 120 hours meticulously designing, sketching, and completing the portrait.
For its creation, Michelle used approximately 5 kilograms of expired coffee beans in four different tones and 2 kilograms of disused ground coffee for the finer details.
