Brief

This project involved creating a giant cake replicating a bird's-eye view of London's famous West End junction between Oxford Street and Regent Street. The cake was commissioned to celebrate the collective 1,415 birthday years of over 15 well-known West End retailers.

Creation

This impressive creation was a 5-foot by 5-foot layered sponge cake depicting London's West End junction. It featured realistic facades of historic buildings, printed on sugar paper, and included the entrance to the Oxford Street tube station and iconic red London buses.
