The concept involves creating a giant cupcake to be shared with over 2,000 visitors to Covent Garden, serving as a delightful reminder of the power of food to bring people together.

Creation

A 2-meter tall cupcake sits proudly at the heart of the historic market in London. Creating this masterpiece required an immense effort from Michelle, dedicating approximately 50 hours of labor, 50 kilograms of icing sugar, 10 kilograms of butter, and countless layers of sponge cake.
