London’s Tower Bridge Sugar Sculpture

A meticulously crafted sugar model of London's iconic Tower Bridge

Brief

Creating a giant sculpture of London’s iconic Tower Bridge, which is made entirely out of sugar. The artwork will tour London and Paris as part of the Kellogg’s Reductive Art Exhibition – A Story of Salt and Sugar.

Creation

The 2.5-foot-tall sculpture, crafted entirely from over 25 kilograms of sugar, required over 150 hours of meticulous work by Michelle.

This stunning piece served as the centrepiece for the Reductive Art Exhibition at gallery@oxo in London from September 8th to 9th, 2023. Commissioned by cereal brand Kellogg's, the sculpture highlighted the company's commitment to reducing salt and sugar content in its cereal products.
