Create an edible replica of Hogwarts Castle to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in cinemas for a magical feast in the Great Hall.

Creation

Standing 1.5 metres tall, nearly 2 metres wide, and weighing over 100kg, it was no cakewalk for Michelle, who took over six weeks to create the mouth-watering masterpiece, which is even internally illuminated with 30 lights.

The cake was the centrepiece at London’s Harry Potter Studios, benefiting a local charity in the area and delighting lucky children.
