Tower Bridge Sugar Sculpture

2.5ft tall, 25kg Sugar

Creating a giant sculpture of Tower Bridge, which is made entirely out of sugar. The artwork will tour London and Paris as part of the Kellogg’s Reductive Art Exhibition – A Story of Salt and Sugar, which has been designed to showcase Kellogg’s commitment and progress in reducing salt and sugar in its cereals.

The sculpture is 2.5ft tall, contains 25kg of sugar and took over 150 hours to make.
