Working in collaboration with former Olympic cyclist champion Victoria Pendleton, Michelle is using hundreds of fresh strawberries to decorate the famous London Cycle Tuk tuks / Rickshaw.

It took Michelle around 12 hours to make, and hundreds of fresh strawberries along side Slimfast vitality tank contraption at the back delivering a quick hit of healthy!
