A giant sponge cake in a shape of typical Irish meadow featuring grass, rolling hills, hedgerows, a pond, a farmhouse and barn complete with 100 dairy cows individually handcrafted from fondant.
This four meters long cake was laid out on Finsbury Avenue Square at the heart of London’s Financial District and distributed to around 4000 London’s city worker during lunchtime. “We want them to have a slice of the countryside”.
40 Kgs Kerrygold's butter was used to make buttercream filling for the sponge cake.
