Edible Architecture Model for Imperial College’s New Campus in London
Brief
Imperial College London invited 30 Members of Friends of Imperial to be amongst the first to hear about the progress and vision for its new campus, Imperial West, at a launch event on Wednesday 6 March 2013.
Creation
An incredible cake that looks exactly like architecture model of the new campus itself. All details and facade are made from sugar paste and its landscape were decorated with broccoli trees.
It took around 80 hours to make and consume 30 kgs of sugar paste in the making.
